Attire: Western Formal

Colorful, Western-inspired attire is both welcomed and encouraged.

The bride and her family will be wearing boots, and we warmly encourage guests to embrace the spirit of the setting in their attire. Women are strongly advised not to wear heels or open-toed shoes, as the evening will take place primarily outdoors and will involve walking across uneven terrain, including grass and pasture. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for an open-air celebration.

Suits or tuxedos are suitable for gentlemen.

Additional Details

Transportation:

The ceremony and reception will take place at the bride’s family home and property in Aubrey, Texas. Once you arrive, you won’t need transportation again until the end of the evening.

Valet parking will be provided for guests who choose to drive to the venue.

Shuttles will be available to and from the Fort Worth Stockyards for those who prefer not to drive. Given the festivities, we strongly encourage guests staying in Fort Worth to utilize the provided shuttles for their convenience and safety.

A Note on Allergies:

Please note that the evening will be held entirely outdoors. Animals such as longhorns and horses may be present during a portion of the celebration. While interaction is not expected, they will be in the vicinity. Additionally, hay and other environmental allergens may be present.

If you are sensitive to animals or outdoor allergens, we recommend taking appropriate precautions, such as allergy medication, prior to arrival. Should you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out directly to the bride or groom.
